Margaret Thomas joined CompDrug in January 2015 as Human Resources Director. She consults with and provides guidance to agency leadership and staff with a focus on staff development, employee engagement and organizational policies and best practices. Margaret attended Louisiana Tech University and has a Master Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors Degree. She has her professional HR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
